Soft Shell Scorpion Pistol Mag Carrier with P1 molle/Stacking Clip

The Scorpion Softshell Pistol Pouch is designed for use with MOLLE or PALS attachment systems, allowing it to be "stacked" on the front of a Soft Shell Rifle carrier. This innovative pouch is the next evolutionary advance in the variable compression pouch concept, combining unconventional materials, construction methods, and features to elevate function and performance.

By blending an exoskeleton outer frame with an inner soft shell, the Scorpion Softshell Pouch achieves a seamless balance between rigidity and expansion. This balance ensures the most positive retention on your magazines while still allowing instant access when sourcing your reloads. The pouch is also completely modular, interchanging with the entire family of G-Code carry accessories to suit any carry preference or tactical application.

Flared surfaces on all four sides of the pouch opening allow smooth, blind insertion of the magazine. Molded channels and recesses control and protect the binding cord, eliminating snags and wear. The front torsion plate is engineered to direct pressure down through the Softshell, forcing its inner friction surface to make positive contact along the length of the magazine. With minimal adjustment to the cord, the holding power of the pouch can be multiplied through the designed leverage in the system. Additionally, the cross bars of the rifle mag pouches' front torsion plate allow pistol mag pouches to be stacked at variable levels on the rifle pouch.

The back plate is molded to include threaded brass inserts, allowing the rapid change of mounting accessories. The superior materials, including a Super-Tough Nylon frame and a TPV molded Softshell, provide extreme strength, durability, and water resistance. The hybrid construction method of stitching the frame to the Softshell eliminates unnecessary bulk and weight, resulting in a pouch that weighs just 3.3 oz.

Launching with the Scorpion Softshell line are the first of G-Code's new (Patent pending) R-series and P-series mounting clips. The R-2 and P-2 Operator Belt Mounts deliver a phenomenally stable and dependable mounting system designed specifically for the G-Code Operator belt (1.75").
