P2 Operator Belt Mount Clip for Soft Shell Scorpion Pistol Mag Carrier

The Scorpion Softshell Pistol -SHORT- with P2 clip is designed for use with our Operator Belt. Scorpion Softshell carriers represent the next evolutionary advancement in the variable compression pouch concept. This hybrid design combines unconventional materials, construction methods, and features, elevating function and performance to new levels.

By fusing an exoskeleton outer frame with an inner soft shell, a seamless balance between rigidity and expansion is achieved. This equilibrium ensures the most positive retention on your magazines while still allowing instant access when sourcing your reloads. Scorpion Softshell pouches are completely modular and interchange with the entire family of G-Code carry accessories, making them configurable to meet any mission needs.

Designed for use with G-Code's Operator's Belt (1.75˝), these clips will also work with any single layer 1.75˝ belt. Flared surfaces on all four sides of the pouch opening allow for smooth, blind insertion of the mag into the pouch. Molded channels and recesses control and protect the binding cord, eliminating snags and wear.

The front torsion plate is engineered to direct pressure down through the Softshell, forcing its inner friction surface to make positive contact along the length of the magazine. With minimal adjustment to the cord, the holding power of the pouch can be multiplied through the designed leverage in the system. Additionally, the cross bars of the rifle mag pouches' front torsion plate allow pistol mag pouches to be stacked at variable levels on the rifle pouch.

The back plate is molded to include threaded brass inserts, allowing for the rapid change of mounting accessories. Superior materials include Super-Tough Nylon frame components and a TPV molded Softshell. These materials not only provide extreme strength and durability but also absorb no moisture and gain no weight when exposed to water.

The hybrid construction method of stitching the frame to the Softshell eliminates unnecessary bulk and weight, resulting in Scorpion Softshell rifle mag pouches that weigh just 3.3 oz. Yet, they offer no compromise in durability, function, or features.
